How the reservation works in 5 steps
- Send an enquiry: Fill in the form – required fields are name, phone, email, type of accommodation, number of rooms and people, arrival date and length of stay. The "Company" ("Firma") field is optional, but useful for company bookings.
- Receive a quote: We check availability and get back to you as quickly as possible with a proposal and the price for your dates.
- Confirm: Once you accept, the accommodation is reserved for you.
- Arrive: Check-in from 3:00 pm. If your team arrives later, we will agree the arrival time with you in advance.
- Depart and pay: Check-out by 10:00 am, payment by bank transfer or in cash.

What is included in the price?
- Fully furnished accommodation with kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge, crockery)
- High-speed Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV
- Use of the washing machine, tumble dryer on request
- Free parking at the house
- No agency fees – you book directly with Gnann Verwaltung GmbH
Optional extras: bed linen and towels changed weekly, and weekly cleaning.
Short-term, long-term or recurring?
Short-term: If your team needs a bed as soon as tomorrow, give us a call – the phone is the quickest way to sort out availability and arrival. Long-term: For installation projects lasting several weeks or months we offer special rates; just tell us the expected duration. Recurring: If you regularly send fitters to Augsburg, let us know – we will then already have your requirements and invoicing details on file for your next enquiry.
Tips for company bookings
- Send your invoicing details straight away: full company name, billing address and, if applicable, cost centre or project number. This saves back-and-forth.
- Plan the room split: Who needs a single room, who will share? For more than four people, a workers' apartment is often cheaper.
- Be generous with the duration: Construction schedules slip. Give us the expected duration – an extension is possible by arrangement and subject to availability.
- Tell us about your vehicles: Number and size of vehicles, so parking at the house can be sorted out in advance.
