Four fully furnished units in a central location in Augsburg.
Workers' rooms in Augsburg from €12 per person per night: Gnann Verwaltung GmbH rents out four furnished units – Monteurzimmer Augsburg I to IV (ST5-100 to ST5-400) at Stiermannstraße 5, 86154 Augsburg. Each unit has single, double and triple rooms and can also be rented as a whole for 6, 7 or 12 people. Kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV and free parking are included; bed linen, towels and weekly cleaning are available as optional extras.

You can book individual rooms or reserve an entire unit exclusively for your team. With exclusive use, your team shares the kitchen and bathroom only among themselves – usually the most comfortable solution for longer projects.

Prices vary depending on season and occupancy. There are no agency fees, because you book directly with the landlord. Special rates are available for long stays. Example: three fitters in a shared room for 10 nights cost from 3 × 10 × €15 = €450; in single rooms it would be from €750.
Single room, double room or shared room?
- Single room – for foremen, site managers and anyone who needs peace and quiet after a shift or still has reports to write in the evening. From €25 per night.
- Double room – for well-established two-person teams, e.g. a service engineer with an assistant. From €18 per person.
- Triple and shared rooms – the most affordable option for crews who arrive together and work together. From €15 per person.
- Whole unit – with 10 or more people in one apartment, the price drops to from €12 per person.

Parking for company vehicles
Parking right outside the building is free of charge. If your team is arriving with several vehicles, Sprinter vans or trailers, please let us know the number and size of the vehicles when you send your enquiry. That way we can sort out in advance how best to park all the vehicles – and you avoid stress on the day you arrive.

From the workers' rooms you can quickly reach the A8 motorway (Munich–Stuttgart) and the B17, and Messe Augsburg (the trade fair centre) in around 15 minutes. Public transport, shops and restaurants are nearby. This makes the rooms a good base for construction sites and installation jobs across the whole city and the surrounding area.
