You rent a workers' apartment exclusively for your team. No strangers share the kitchen, bathroom or living area. On a day-to-day installation job, that has real advantages:
- Peace and predictability: your team decides for itself when to cook, do laundry and sleep – important for shift work or early starts on site.
- Shared kitchen: cooking for yourselves instead of eating out every day cuts food costs considerably.
- Fixed price per day: the price applies to the apartment, not per head. With a full team, the price per person drops – in the 20-person accommodation to an effective €10 per person per day.
- Team cohesion: plans for the next day can be sorted out in the evening around the kitchen table.

Workers' apartments are often booked for several weeks or months – for example for plant construction, renovation work or major construction sites. For longer stays we offer special rates. Tell us the expected project duration in your enquiry; a booking can be extended by arrangement if the construction schedule slips.

Our accommodation is spread across several locations in the city of Augsburg, including Barfüßerstraße 7 (city centre) and Stiermannstraße (Oberhausen), as well as Grünerstraße (Oberhausen-Süd) and Schelklingerstraße (Kriegshaber). You have fast access to the A8 motorway and the B17; Messe Augsburg (the trade fair centre) is around 15 minutes away. Public transport and shops are nearby.
