Workers' accommodation in Augsburg – which option suits you?

Whether it's a single service engineer for three nights or an installation crew for several months: we offer four types of accommodation that differ in privacy, group size and price. All of them are fully furnished and ready to move into – you only need to bring your workwear and tools.

All prices are starting prices and vary depending on season and occupancy. You will receive a binding quote after your enquiry.

Our accommodation is designed for people who work in Augsburg and can't travel home every evening:

How booking works for companies

1. Send an enquiry: via the booking form or by phone on +49 821 419028-28. It helps if you tell us your company name, number of people, preferred room allocation, arrival date and expected length of stay.
2. Receive a quote: we'll get back to you as quickly as possible with a specific proposal – room, apartment or house – and the price for your dates.
3. Confirm: once you accept, the accommodation is reserved. It's best to give us your billing address, cost centre or project number at the same time, so the invoice is right first time.
4. Arrive and get to work: check-in from 3:00 pm; if you arrive late in the evening or early in the morning, we'll arrange the key handover with you in advance.
5. Pay: by bank transfer or in cash.

Location and transport links

Our accommodation is spread across several locations in the city of Augsburg, including Barfüßerstraße 7 (city centre, also studio apartments) and Stiermannstraße (Oberhausen, workers' rooms I–IV), as well as Grünerstraße (Oberhausen-Süd) and Schelklingerstraße (Kriegshaber). From our properties you can quickly reach the main work sites:

• A8 motorway (Munich–Stuttgart) – fast access via the Augsburg junctions
• B17 – the north–south trunk road in the west of Augsburg, towards Landsberg am Lech
• Messe Augsburg – around 15 minutes
• Public transport – tram and bus stops nearby, Augsburg Hauptbahnhof (central station) with long-distance and regional trains
• Shops and restaurants in the area

Augsburg is a convenient base for jobs in all of its districts – such as Oberhausen, Lechhausen, Kriegshaber, Pfersee, Göggingen or Haunstetten – as well as in surrounding towns like Gersthofen, Neusäß, Friedberg or Königsbrunn.

Many of our guests stay for weeks or months. For longer stays we offer special rates – just mention it when you send your enquiry. For large teams in particular, a whole workers' apartment is worthwhile: with 10 or more people, a night costs from €12 per person.
